itsadreamersworld asked: Hi~ May I ask you a question? I was browsing through the 'ereader' tag and I saw that you got a white|blue ereader (after a kindle which I'm assuming was black) so I'd like to ask you, if you're satisfied with the Glo and if you think the white|black border makes any different in the reading process. Because I'm thinking of getting a Kobo Glo, and I'm between the white|blue one and the black, and I can't decide.
I got the Blue/White because when I bought it, it was the only one readily available in the shop. I tend to prefer black, but I don’t feel that the change in color has made a difference in my reading process. The glo part is awesome and I love that. Would have a hard time going back to a reader without a light. As for the Kobo in general, it’s not my favorite ereader to be honest. I don’t find it very user friendly. I mean, it’s perfectly fine for reading, good definition, good light, good answer time to touch… but I don’t like the interface for organizing books and shelves. I much prefered the kindle for that.
Hope this answers your question and helps!
chickenskinsuit asked: Where did you get the pattern for that knit hat you just posted? I'm in love with it, it's beautiful!
I got the pattern from an old (read 2011) Phildar catalogue. I took some super crappy pics of the pattern page and worked from there. Here’s a ravelry link to the pattern page.
